Jorge Jaile is a managing partner of Keys Criminal Defense, PLLC, based in Key Largo, Florida. A Miami native, Jorge earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Financial Management from Florida International University. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Monroe County, where he gained valuable courtroom experience. He later served as an Assistant Public Defender in Monroe County, further deepening his understanding of the criminal justice system and strengthening his commitment to defending the rights of the accused. Since transitioning to private practice, Jorge has built a reputation as a strategic and client-focused criminal defense attorney, representing individuals throughout the Florida Keys in matters ranging from traffic offenses to serious felonies. His practice is grounded in a commitment to personalized representation, thorough preparation, and strong advocacy in court. Jorge is also actively involved in the legal and local community—he currently serves as Treasurer of the Monroe County Bar Association and sits on the Board of Directors of the Upper Keys Sailing Club. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys cycling, inshore fishing, and spending time on the water, embracing the outdoor lifestyle that makes the Keys so unique.
